About DUX
Our core service is UX&UI design. We create digital products and services with a strong visual identity and focus on user experience. We design web & mobile apps, self-service platforms, websites, offline platforms, websites etc. Our clients industries and areas are very diverse, from telecommunication and banking to transportation and sauna builders.

You have...
Good Estonian and English-speaking skills – our team language is English, but we have national and international clients with whom good communication is essential.
At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design field (agency, startup, tech …)
Experience with how digital interfaces (platforms, websites, mobile apps) work – what’s possible and what’s not
Understanding of user behaviour patterns
An interest in user testing and experience conducting sessions
Great knowledge of Figma and how to build up files for developers (components, styles, design system)
Good knowledge of additional design tools (Adobe) to help create visual identity assets
An interest in Visual Identity and Branding, Typography, Animation, 3D, Photography,... and how they can elevate an interface design
The will to work on the spot in our office with the team (but occasional remote work is OK)
You will…
Have the chance to work on interesting and various digital products and services
Have the support of your teammates in design work and planning
Be part of the full project cycle from ideation to completion
Create creative concepts and logical user flows and wireframes
Be responsible for the design execution (design system, handoff, responsiveness)
Have a competitive salary

You will be part of small but close team (6 designers)
You’ll have the chance to work closely with developers (4 devs)
We offer a cool office in Noblessner area with a seaside view
At least once or twice in a year DUX goes to design festivals with the team
